CD33 Terms of Use: Rules and Responsibilities for Members
The CD33 terms of use set out members' responsibilities when opening an account, using games, making transactions and claiming offers. Before taking an action on CD33, read the conditions that apply to it, check which information you need to provide and know how to ask for help. Account rules, payment instructions and individual offer conditions should be read together when they concern the same request.

1. Where these terms apply
These rules cover access to the website, account management and the related services provided by CD33. Members should read the general terms alongside the instructions for the feature they are using. An instruction about one payment method or game should not automatically be treated as a rule for every other feature.
A promotion, game or sports market may have its own conditions. For example, a full-match result is different from a first-half result. If two descriptions seem inconsistent, ask support before confirming. Do not choose the interpretation that benefits you and assume it is the rule without checking the actual conditions.
2. Age and eligibility requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and meet the requirements that apply in the place where you use the service. Being able to open the website does not establish eligibility. Nor does seeing Bangla, English or prices in taka mean that participation is permitted for every visitor.
The age and identity details must belong to the person registering. Do not borrow a relative's documents to complete verification. When sharing a phone or computer, sign out at the end of your session and keep login details out of children's reach. Another person's identity is not a substitute for your own eligibility.

3. Registration and account protection
When registering with CD33, enter the requested details accurately. Update your phone number, email or other contact information when it changes. Keeping these details current helps avoid problems when you need to recover access or receive a response about your account. Check the relevant account instructions if an update needs verification.
Do not share passwords or OTPs. Do not lend your account to someone else for transactions or games. If you notice an unfamiliar login, change the password while you still have access and report what happened through a verified contact channel. Never send a password so that someone can supposedly sign in and help.
4. Identity and payment checks
CD33 may ask to check identity, age or account ownership when handling a request that needs review. Before sending a document, read which material is required, why it is needed and where to submit it. If the request is unclear, ask for clarification rather than sending unrelated personal records.
Provide your own documents and do not alter their content to misrepresent the facts. For a transaction review, prepare three details: the reference, amount and time. If a name or account number does not match, explain the difference. Sending several conflicting versions makes the information harder to reconcile and does not resolve the mismatch.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
CD33 supports bKash, Nagad and Rocket. For a deposit, select the intended method and check the recipient, amount and instructions currently displayed. Read the limits, fees and processing information before transferring funds. Do not reuse recipient details from an earlier transaction without comparing them with the current instructions.
Before withdrawing, check the eligible balance and receiving account details. A displayed balance may include bonus funds that still have conditions attached. Save the transaction reference after submitting a request. If its status is unclear, check the history before trying again so that you do not accidentally send a duplicate request.

6. Games, bet slips and results
Each game has rules for results, payouts and situations requiring a separate check. For sports, review five fields on the slip: event, market, selection, odds and stake. Choosing the intended team in the wrong market can still produce a different outcome from the one you had in mind.
For example, a ৳100 bet at decimal odds of 1.80 returns ৳180 if it wins under the slip's conditions. That total includes the original ৳100 stake. This illustrates the calculation; it is not a fixed price offered on every bet. An accepted bet is not automatically cancelled because a member changes their mind.
7. Conditions for using promotions
Before claiming CD33 promotions, check eligibility, activation, the qualifying deposit, wagering and expiry. Having an offer code does not mean every account can receive the reward. Read the conditions for the particular offer you are claiming, even if its name resembles a promotion you have used before.
With a 100% welcome bonus, an eligible ৳500 deposit receives ৳500 in bonus funds. If wagering is 18 times the deposit plus bonus, the required turnover is (৳500 + ৳500) × 18 = ৳18,000. This is not an additional deposit and does not guarantee the remaining balance. Bets outside the offer's eligible scope may not count towards the requirement.
8. Conduct that is not permitted
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, money laundering or unlawful activity. Deliberately damaging the system, disrupting the service or accessing data outside your authorised scope is not permitted. These restrictions concern how the account and service are used, including actions taken during a transaction or game.
Members must not use another person's account or payment information without authority. If you find an error, record what happened and report it to support. Do not keep exploiting the error for an advantage or share instructions for doing so. Describe the actual events and preserve the evidence without changing it.
9. Account reviews and restrictions
CD33 may limit or end access under the terms of use. If you receive a restriction notice, identify which functions are affected, what additional information is requested and what you should do next. Read the notice carefully before assuming that every account function has the same status.
Where money is involved, ask which amount is under review, the reason for the action and the transaction's status. A restriction does not by itself establish that all funds are lost or that a refund is guaranteed. Keep notices and correspondence so that each amount can be discussed consistently.
10. Connection problems and result reviews
A slow connection, display error or interrupted session can occur. An error message does not by itself prove that a transaction failed. Equally, pressing the submit button does not prove completion. Check the account history first and establish what was recorded before repeating the action or reporting a result.
When asking for help, provide four details: the time, game or event, transaction or bet reference, and displayed message. A screenshot should show the relevant part while hiding unrelated private information. For a question about a result, identify the specific round or slip that needs to be checked.

11. Privacy and personal limits
The CD33 Privacy Policy explains how information is received, used and protected. Read it before sending personal documents. When requesting a correction, identify the inaccurate field and its replacement. There is no need to send your entire personal record when a specific field is the subject of the request.
Set money and time limits before participating. Do not use money needed for living expenses or borrowed funds to keep playing. Stop when you reach your limit, and do not increase stakes simply to recover losses. Games and promotions are not guaranteed income, regardless of the result of an earlier session.
12. Complaints and changes to the terms
If you disagree with how something was handled, use the CD33 contact page to send a request. Explain events in order and include the reference, response already received and point needing further explanation. Do not attach passwords, PINs or OTPs. A clear account helps keep the follow-up focused on the unresolved issue.
These terms may change as the service changes. Check the current version and relevant notices before a new transaction or another offer. If a change directly affects money or a request already being handled, ask how it applies to your case before continuing. Do not assume an older instruction still applies unchanged.
Questions about the CD33 terms
Does being 18 automatically make me eligible?
No. You must also meet the requirements that apply where you use the service and complete any relevant verification. Age is one condition, not a confirmation that every other requirement has been met.
Does closing the page cancel a submitted transaction?
You cannot tell from closing the page alone. Check the account history and the status of the submitted request before trying again. A closed browser window does not establish whether the request was accepted.
Can I withdraw all bonus funds immediately?
Bonus funds are subject to the offer's conditions. Check wagering, expiry and any other requirements before deciding which funds are eligible for withdrawal. The displayed balance alone does not settle that question.
What should I do if my account is restricted?
Read the notice, check what additional information is requested and contact support. If money is involved, ask which amount is under review and what the next step is. Keep the response for follow-up.
Can someone else verify the account for me?
Do not use another person's documents to verify your account. The information must belong to the account holder. Explain any discrepancy and follow the relevant update instructions rather than substituting someone else's identity.
